      • As a former employee of the hotel before it sold I can tell you this place is 100% haunted. I have met/spoke with a lady in the downstairs bathroom & she was nice.

    1. In the early 90’s I visited the hotel with a travelling Shakespeare company from Montreal, Canada. I remember exploring one the upper floors, the one with the ball-room. It was beautiful, but a little creepy. I walked onto the Terrace from the ball-room when I started to feel a little uneasy so rather than walk back through the ball-room, I found a set of metal stairs running along the side which were most likely used as a fire-escape. As I walked down the stairs I distinctly heard footsteps behind me, following. There was very clearly the sounds of shoes on metal. I looked back several times but no one was there.
