Sumter County Service Center

It begins with loud banging which echoes throughout the main hallway a few times every night. Sometimes after the banging you’ll find the men’s handicapped bathroom stall locked. Second floor in the hr offices there’s one hallway that smells like death for about 20 ft and then it’s back to normal. In the library there’s a loud growling so loud it comes through your head phones. The waiting area on the tax collector side tv sounds come in but not the picture.
