Silvio’s Italian Villa Restaurant is housed in a building that originally dates back to the 1700s, was originally inhabited by a Revolutionary War veteran Levi Ellis. After several owners it was purchased by the Vail family, when tragedy struck. In 1972, Roy Vail’s sister was found murdered in 1972, and Roy was rumored to be a suspect. Ten years later, he committed suicide in the Peach Room. Witnesses say doors open and close, objects are moved, the apparitions of a little girl and a cat are seen, and much more.
