At night, students say, an elderly Native American man’s apparition can be seen walking on the grounds. Also, legend has it that when the school was a military academy, a cadet died in a hazing accident, and he now haunts the college TV station. The former radio station is rumored to be haunted by a program director who died of a heart attack in the lobby in 1989. The radio station was relocated to the TV station building in the mid-1990s.

  1. My home town great!!! I didn’t even know this college was haunted!! I’d definitely like to check this out and get back to you guys with more information and maybe a story or two

  2. My roommate sat up in her bed in the middle of the night, pointed at the ceiling, and said “what is that?”. I asked what she was talking about and she points and says “there!” At the same corner. I told her I didn’t see anything and she laid back down. She doesn’t remember doing this. Girls across the hall had the same thing happen to them

  3. This just happened a few hours ago. My roommate and I were just sitting in our dorm in UVC on the 3rd floor. I have a Lenovo Smart Clock beside my bed. She was talking to her boyfriend the night before and mentioned tarot cards briefly to him. All of a sudden, my clock, unprompted (this clock works much like an Amazon Echo where you have to acknowledge it for it to talk to you) started talking about tarot cards. Although, it was not like we had asked what for information on them or anything, and it brought up in-depth information about how to use them, what they were, and mentioned that the text included pictures and an excerpt from a book. We both jumped up ran to the middle of the room and almost started crying. We will also hear the door jingle as if someone is about to come in while only one of us are in the room, and when we open the door and look out no one is there.
