Local lore tells of a couple who parked here to make out. A man in black knocked on their window, and they opened it up. Immediately and unceremoniously, he killed the couple. The only clue found was a bloody hook said to be hanging on the nearby railing. The phantom couple has been reported standing near this rail at night.

A flash of lighting was to my left and I seen the couple standing there and as soon as the lighting went away they were behind the rail where the bloody hook was left.
