Hilltop House Hotel - Gold Beach, OR

This historic hotel may no longer be in operation, but there are reports of guests awaking to see an apparition in their room, who slowly fades away. Due to the fact that a majority of these occurrences took place at night, the gender of the spectre has never been determined. (Submitted by Callum Swift)

Does/Did this place every exist? I keep trying to find information about the hotel but nothing ever comes up. Was it demolished a long time ago?
