Wolf Creek Inn

You are here Home  > Hotels and Inns >  Wolf Creek Inn

In a sharp contrast to the beauty of this late-1800s Victorian inn, the owner, staff, guests, and even passing motorists have reported seeing a vampire-like being with blood dripping out of its mouth. Local legend has it that two guests saw the creature while hiking in the area, and it came back to the hotel at night and bit them in their sleep, leaving strange bite marks on their necks.

  1. I went there back in August, and my mom and I were standing on the front porch looking into the windows. Then soon after that above us on the balcony, we heard footsteps, while the balcony is in construction.

  2. There’s more to this building that isn’t in the post! Many guests have heard heavy footsteps in the Clark Gable Suite, voices and whispers have been heard in there as well. Doors to rooms will open or slam shut by themselves, objects have flown off shelves, the apparitions of people have been seen throughout the building, a little girl who loves candy has been known to try and steal other peoples goodies, and chairs are known to rock, move, or get picked up. Other guests have heard loud screams, strange gargling sounds, and knocking, tapping, and other loud bangs have been heard around the inn.
