Dousman Stagecoach Inn Museum was an old stagecoach stop and, later, a farmhouse. The place was moved to its current museum location, and its spirits are said to have moved with it. Witnesses say doors slam on their own, and a dark figure can be seen pacing upstairs. The ghost has been known to push visitors, sometimes with enough force to knock them over.

  1. slept there overnight at least three times, civil war reenacting in fact so everyone was wearing clothes from the 1860’s sleeping in nothing but canvas tents and wool covers. right next to the barn that people say is haunted, ive actually seen that theyve recently installed security devices there too so no one breaks in….. or can get out…… never heard a noise there. ever.

  2. I just got home from here with 3 other friends. We went after dark around 10:45. We walked in and immediately felt a rush of cold air and just bad vibes. After going on the porch and knocking on the door, a loud thud was heard against the wall coming from the inside. We ran back to the entrance before we decided to check the rest of the place out, we went by the famous barn. Right away there was a rock thrown from the direction of the woods that hit the side of the barn. At that point we decided to leave, but as we were making our way out, there was a dark figure seen in front of the treeline on our right. I saw it and screamed “WHO THE HELL IS THAT” and it didn’t move a muscle, we ran to our car and left. Very haunted.
