Seen on many TV shows, Catfish Plantation was a historic house that was turned into a restaurant. The spirits attached to the town must have liked the idea. The friendly haunts here have been reported to flirt with the women, brew up a pot of coffee, or set fry baskets floating through the air. Plenty of apparitions also have been seen, and each ghost seems to have its own personality. The spirits are each said to be linked to former residents of the town.

My friend had taken me to est there and the waitres was saying a man would play with the women’s hair and later as we were eating i kid you not i felt a cool breeze and my hair was being played with. We also haf taken pictures on our phones and saw an image in the wagon and an image of a guy in a cowboy hat by tje trees. Very fun. Too bad she and i are mot friends any more nor have the pics, but so worth it id go again sometime.
Been there, absolutely nothing happened and had the ultimate cheese factor to it with the skeleton stagecoach outside. The food was okay to us but pricy and seems to be a complete gimmick to get people to eat there. Another couple had traveled from Greenville TX while we were there and me and the lady went to the bathroom and nothing at all. None of the 6 of us had any experiences. The other couple was not even with us. We just got to talking. No touching, no temperature changes, no moving, saw nothing. Yawn!
My mother, sister, niece and I went to have lunch at the Catfish Plantation. I let them out and parked in the back. As I walked from the back parking lot up the ramp approaching the door I heard footsteps on the porch behind me, I looked over my shoulder and there was no one there. There was no one in the parking lot either. It was not a recording, no static. After eating lunch and enjoying dessert we heard a tambourine rattle right at our table, we were the only ones in that room! I can’t wait to go back!!!
Have eaten here before and have heard the stories. Haven’t seen or felt anything yet.
I was pregnant the last time my fiancé and i went to eat there. The whole time we were eatting, it felt like someone was rubbing my belly. Anyone who has been pregnant knows the difference between the baby moving and someone touching your belly. and I kept catching a glimpse of someone walking behind me. We were at a table up against the wall…
NOW im gonna be forced to visit this place!
I’ve heard some say nothing happened and then I read others say yes it did…
