Walter Tips House

House has a dark energy around it at night. It seems out of place in new location. There’s probably a good reason its used by a bank because humans sense its not habitable at night.

If you are drawn to these kinds of places you will go into the property and its colder than surroundings. There’s a slightly angry presence there. Whatever it is it has strict strong old fashioned views because if it senses you are not from the modern world outside the pocket this house exists in, it responds well to you… but its still scary to approach the building itself like the entrance steps.
Only if there’s the occasional person sleeping on the porch (not often) is the energy a bit tamed by the presence of living people.

The entity doesn’t want you in the house. If you are agreeable you can visit. Its lonely. This is one of those places where as a living person you could be sucked into its realm or have your energy drained.

This place, MAY be haunted…. but you can’t tell at all. It’s not the least bit scary. It’s beautiful and warm. Inviting. You want to just sit on the porch and have some coffee or tea. It was moved from downtown to that location long ago. The wells fargo moved out, but people still don’t live there because it is commercially zoned. I rent a room there and nothing has happened so far. I LOVE this house.
