People who move into these apartments see shadows that move around there apartments, and hear strange noises. In some apartments, the housework is done during the night when people are asleep, without any apparent explanation.

My grandmother managed these apartments in approximately 1994. There was murder in one of the units (I would have to go back to the location to pin point the exact apartment) after the police and dead body clean up were done with their investigation it was up to us to clean the unit, rip up the carpet, paint all the walls….. It was the bloodiest mess I had ever seen, even movies couldn’t hold a candle to it. Apparently a man broke into the unit and proceeded to bludgeon the apartment owner, from the trails and blood splatter, the murderer chased/and beat the man starting in the living room, into the kitchen, partially into a bedroom and was able to make it to the bathroom before he died. As far as I knew the murderer was never caught. But I can say for myself I first hand had to clean every last room of the carnage. The coolest part was my grandmother let me host a Halloween sleep over just weeks after we cleaned the unit…… Nobody had the guts to stay the whole night with me!!!! I will have to post the apartment number after I go back to look, it was kinda cool to see this place on the website… As far as the cleaning ghosts…. Maybe it was all of my energy left behind with all the cleaning I had to do to make this apartment rentable!!!! Lol
