Robin Hill

You are here Home  > Historical Buildings >  Robin Hill

This historic house, reported to have been part of the Underground Railroad, stands empty and for sale. Since it has stood empty for a period, it is not surprising that it has developed a reputation for being haunted. Witnesses have reported seeing shadowy figures and hearing toilets flushing and other noises in the night.

The house robin hill in mt vernon indiana is not empty anymore. It has been bought and completely remodeled but of coarse up for sale again but this time with people living in it….will send pictures at a later date

  2. We have currently been living in Robin Hill for the last 11 months – it is a beautiful historical home and is not haunted. It is private property and a family home. No further pictures need to be taken or added for this location.

  3. When we were walking up to Hucks we saw the curtain open! My great aunt told us one day she was walking by the house with her friend and the door opened. She said that there was a shadowy figure saying come here come here.

  4. I’ve seen someone in the window when it was empty before (upstairs window) on multiple occasions. An older girl or young woman in white, with dark hair.

The curtains have moved in that room too with no one living in it.

I never went inside because B&E isn’t something I’ve been comfortable with, even abandoned, but I know a few people who have and they’ve had some interesting stories.

I was also walking by when it was being worked on and heard a guy yell the f word and everyone pack up really quickly and leave. I don’t know if that was anything supernatural or not technically, but given how the whole group of grown dudes rushed out I don’t doubt it.

Someone is still living there last I knew. (2019)

  5. I toured the home recently as it was up for sale again. It now has a pending offer. Too bad it never finds a forever family to move in. It’s nice inside and big. I didn’t really feel anything when I was in there and I used to be a ghost hunter in Colorado and used to live in a house that was haunted (3 people had died in it).
