The elderly Dr. Fred is the well-known ghostly resident at this 1940s lodge. He once lived on the third floor, but was hit by a car on the road in front of the lodge. He died from his injuries, but never left the place. He makes himself known by slamming doors, opening locked windows and moving objects around.

  1. I use to work there. up stairs, where all our extra things were stored, also where we had to get ice, I often felt uneasy, and quit a few times i put things down that i had to look for and i found them where i didn’t even go. Once i was carrying ice, and when i got to the top of the stairs to my right was a living room area and i saw a man standing there, but i didn’t look right at him till i put the buckets down but he was gone, and no one was up there but me. Tv was turned off and on for no reason on other nights.
