A guest who fell off the cliff is reported to haunt the main ballroom and the boiler room. Now the ballroom we can understand but why would anyone want to haunt a boiler room?

    1. I had a really strange experience during my 10 days stay. I actually left and checked into another hotel. I had trouble with both tv’s turning on and off. I didn’t think too much about it until I was woke up at 4:30 a.m. to a load buzzing sound coming from the bathroom. I went in the bathroom and my trimmer was switched “on” and running, vibrating across the counter. This spooked me so I called the front desk asking if anyone had issues like this. I was afraid he was going to think i was crazy. However, he proceeded to tell me they were having a terrible night with the elevator calling the operator. Maintence was called but the elevator continued. I left…

I was there 5 years ago. In suite in bed around 11pm. Heard door open got cold I yelled out I was in bedroom…thought was housekeeping. Felt person movement walked through galley kitchen. Turned on lights..never turned off. Couldn’t sleep for days. Changed me.

My husband and I stayed there yesterday but we ended up leaving midnight . At the suite we were staying 6220 , I myself felt the strangest, weirdest feeling as I was to about to fall asleep . I felt a strong presence came upon me and I got so scared . I then whispered the Lord’s Prayer and something moved across from me to my husband’s side of the bed . I tried to move my leg and arms but couldn’t and then I felt my husband shaking me trying to wake me up and he says I was screaming hysterically. Anyway they moved us from that suite 6220 to 3337 and my husband felt the same when we got to the new room . We were lucky enough to get a room at the Moxy Tempe , perks of being a Marriot employee. Tapatio Hilton has stunning views but it’s old , run down and HAUNTED….. what can I say
