Patterson Tower

You are here Home  > Miscellaneous >  Patterson Tower

Two glowing, shadowy apparitions have been seen standing near the base of the tower on stormy nights. The ghost of a lady in a white dress has been seen on the boulevard directly adjacent to the tower. A black mist has been around the tower, and chases away visitors.

  1. never knew it was called pattersons tower. we always called it frankensteins castle or the witches tower. I used to go there after work at 11:30pm. at that time(1981), you could climb through the bottom window and go to the top. I spent many hours there sometimes with a group of friends. Drinking and all that. Never saw anything strange even when alone late at night. Story is they closed it around 1977 after a couple got struck by lightning. Now vandals have broken the floor and the city has effectively sealed all openings so even if you found a way to the top there is only about a foot around the top to walk inside. Best to see it by drone.
