Sinclair Community College’s cafeteria is said to rest on the site of the old city gallows, but a number of other places here are rumored to have ghosts. At Blair Hall, something has tugged at witnesses, and they’ve heard phantom cats, babies and footsteps. The elevators work on their own, doors slam and the lights go out for no apparent reason. Another campus ghost has been nicknamed Mr. Joshua, seen in Building 13, formerly the United Color Press. A worker was killed there when his arm got caught in a press. Mr. Joshua is an older man with white hair and has been seen in the hallways.
