Numerous paranormal websites claim there's an "Old Blue House" in Arcadia, FL where an entire family haunts the place. They supposedly were murdered in the house more than a century ago (though some reports say a new house has been rebuilt over this one). We've been told this house has been torn down.     The Blue House is no longer standing, it was torn down a while ago.
    The location was the North side of Levine Ave. where N Lee Ave ends. The empty lots are for sale, but no structures.
    Rumors are that prior to being demolished, anyone who lived in the house became very ill or died (many were suicide). Many people wont go near the property after dark.

    The property you are talking about was the location of a murder suicide (Husband killed wife) the house was demolished but it was not blue. I was born and raised here and work for the fire dept for 34 years. I was on duty the day of the murder suicide. Prior to being demolished there was a lot of rumors about it being haunted. Police officers used to report of lights being on on the top floor even though there was no power to the building. I do not believe this is the blue house you are referring to though. I do believe I know the house you are referring to. It is located on Monroe ave just north of the post office on west side of road.

      Randy can I ask you about a house on magnolia? It’s for sale and has been for some time .. it’s a large White House with a rap around porch. Do you know the one ?

    That empty lot is haunted .You can see apparitions walking thru it ..At night .
    Also the blue house near the post office on Monroe is also haunted mainly the upstairs bedroom .My friends stayed there for a short time and required a cleansing..but still didn't stay long .They all slept down in the living room afraid to go upstairs .
