According to locals, there are some large boulders in Live Oak Park that Native Americans in used long ago to grind acorns to make bread. The indentations worn into the rocks by the process can still be seen. Reports say that the local police department has received dozens of calls from witnesses who saw the ghost of a young Native American girl grinding acorns at these rocks.

Me and my boyfriend went to this beautiful park together and right where the parking lot is we went to the left where they have a lot of plants and trees and the names of them but when me and my boyfriend were standing we heard the bush move and I turned around and I swear I saw a white fox or white dog walk behind the bush and I go round and I didn’t see it we both heard the bush move so we swore that it was a animal or someone’s dog could’ve been there.
has anyone else in seen this? I don’t get bad vibes I get good vibes here since it is still protected, I bet the natives are happy it remains a park for all.
About 20 years ago I came to this park for the first time. I sat on one of the benches with a dedicated name I remember it was a males name after a few minutes of resting I felt my back burning like it was on fire I pulled up my shirt and showed my friend. I had two long scratch marks down my back. I wish I had a cell phone back then to take a picture.
