Linkville Playhouse

You are here Home  > Theaters >  Linkville Playhouse

The Linkville Playhouse is haunted by a kindly, dedicated spirit, who himself was a former actor at the theatre. He has been observed in the audience smoking a pipe, and during dress rehearsal, he appears and disappears suddenly. Strange music is heard, and ghostly lights have been seen in the theatre attic.

  1. I be doing some filming in klamath falls OR next June and i want to know if you allow someone to flim the old theater. Also do you let any to do an haunted ghost tour of the place and you use a spirt box to find out the person who is haunting the theater.

  2. I do a lot of stage managing for productions here and have personally had two experiences with Ralph McCormick’s ghost. I opened the theater one day to do some set construction and brought my PTSD service dog Indi with me. As son as I turned on the lights, Indi started chasing after an older gentleman standing in the balcony doorway upstairs. After investigating I found myself and Indiana to be the only ones there. The second time was a few days later, same scenario, but it was while I was onstage with another stage hand doing some painting that the lights in the sound booth started turning on and off and music started playing. Went and checked, and there was nobody but us in the building. The apartments above the theater have also had about 15 people pass away from various ailments over the last couple of years. who knows how many before that, the buildings over 100 years old.
