  1. I know for a fact that the laurel Grove Cemetery in Ramsey Virginia is haunted.I have had some strange things happen there when I do go.

    • Peggy Honeycutt i went as well! I did in fact hear some strange noises. I remember I was walking by myself down the cemetery and some big, deformed shadow starting coming right towards me! I remembered the ghost legends about the cemetery, and i screamed and ran for my life!

  2. Visiting my dads grave and heard what sounded like hundreds of ppl walking through woods right towards me. I got in car and left. Scared me to death.

  3. I was at my dad’s grave and his grave is st the edge of woods. I heard what sounded like 100 ppl coming towards me through the leaves. It scared me so bad, it’s been 2yrs since I’ve been back. I hate it. It was about 2pm.

  4. You’ve got to remember that there were many Cherokee in the area at one time and the George Hunnicutt house right beside the Pepsi plant sits on top of a Cherokee Graves. Years ago when George was building the house one of the contractors told George what they found while digging out for the basement. Now I’m from Wise County and that Contractor told me this himself, George told him to say nothing about it to keep building and paid him not to say anything. Also Chestnut Flats on High Knob where the Hunnicutts have the hunting club was a Cherokee village at one time, as kids we would find arrowheads all over the place.

  5. My grandparents, Great grandfather and son are buried there. I spent nights after my son first passed lying on his grave and I’ve never heard anything.
