This establishment is actually made from two connected 1887 houses. It is said to be haunted by the ghost of a mischievous little girl who likes to run, laugh, and throw things in both houses. Other spirits are said to reside here as well, but they are all said to be friendly and prankish rather than harmful.

  1. It has now been turned into apartments. During the remodel, the contractors found old bones and some of them reported seeing the ghost of Alice Bemis.
