The building was once a hospital and a morgue. It is reportedly haunted by several of the patients who checked in, and apparently never checked out.

  1. My dad was the night shift security guard there (mr johnny) in the lates 90s early 2000s. He was a big man,6’3 275lbs didn’t spook easily… but he told us some crazy stories about being there alone during the night, hearing doors open and slam, hearing vending machine drop items, feeling chills on his neck… and he was scared to death going to the basement at night. He told us some wild experiences. And he was not a man who lied. (RIP daddy)

  2. I’m sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I knew him well. My name is Scotty Drake, and I was one of the DJs at Eagle 98.1. (I retired in 2018 after 31 years with Guaranty Broadcasting.) Mr. Johnny told me a hair-raising story or two, and I made sure I never went downstairs to the basement alone at night or on the weekend!
