The ghost in residence at this early-20th-century house is said to be a male whose cigarette smoke smell fills the dining room and parlor when he is around. The spirit is thought to be that of Albert Carmean, a former owner in its early days.

  1. Stayed here and the owner said there was absolutely no activity. Did not sleep for two nights because someone kept blowing in my face all night and pulling the covers off of my shoulders. I think the owners just want to run their business without having to deal with a bunch of lookie loos, but my experience, and those of the other guests in the house that weekend, the place is haunted!

  2. Friend of mine is the owner’s son. I’d go to his house and hang out or do homework a lot. Never felt weird, never felt uncomfortable, never had anything happen to me. Friend said nothing ever happened either, but who knows.
