  1. I was a caretaker here before the current owners. I lived on the second floor. I saw energy apparitions and heard keys rattling going up to the penthouse. Many times doors I know we’re closed amd locked from the prior night would stand open the next day. I saw the whisps of energy In the penthouse apartment and the hallways of the third floor
