I used to live right around the corner from the Coral Square Mall, on 86th Way and our house was haunted and we used to see a Indian man, a boy and a dog, and many of my family members that visited me refused to come see me while living there after there experiences in that home. There were other families in that neighborhood that had also experienced spirits. It was said that 2 neighborhoods in Coral Springs were built on Indian burial grounds but the city will not disclose those locations. Our neighborhood believed that we were on top of one!

I use to work here at the gap before it closed down. Something always felt off. The area where burdines use to be is where I would park and late night I'd be walking to my car only to get super cold. In the middle of summer.

Interesting reading. I am a Coral Springs resident. I find these stories very exciting. Especially since I am a Paranormal Investigator. I have done essential research on Downtown Fort Lauderdale and now Palm Beach. Great web site!!

OMG please tell me more about what you have seen in Palm Beach!

It was Black Friday and my boyfriend and I wanted to go shopping and chose to hit the mall first. It was 3am when we got there and when we were making our way to the door I felt this very strange energy. It didn't feel dangerous (like a demon or just a bad spirit) or anything. But I felt like we weren't alone- like someone was right beside us and being that it was very early in the mornin, only a very small amount of people were there but no one outside. Once we got in, I felt a small wind pass- like that wind you feel when someone runs passed you? That's what I felt. I turned around but saw nothing.

Ok so me and my friend Sebastian went to Macy's during the day time because we heard about the stories. We went up the escalator to the top floor just to explore a bit. I then proceed to ask a worker if he's heard any of the stories and he says "no I have not but it's a strong possibility because the building is a little over 50 years old." We then have to go down the elevator. As I have seen multiple horror movies I pussy out and say nah u go down and I'll call u when u get there to know it's safe and not possessed. He goes down. I call him, no answer. I call him, no answer. I call him, he answers. It was a bunch of static and a faint voice that was whispering something I could barely make out. I them said Sebastian are you there and I was like ok I probably have bad signal in here, so I hang up. I then get home, brushing it off, and ask Sebastian if he had picked up any of my calls. He said no I ignored you on purpose. I then say stop messing with me. He shows me his phone call log, but HE DIDNT ANSWER ANY OF THEM. SO WHO DID?!? It's been known that ghosts can communicate through phones and I think that's what happened to me.

That mall is not 50 years old. It was built in the early 80's

I've been in South Florida since 1982. The mall didn't open until 1983/84.

I used to work for bath and body works, always closing shifts. Never had an experience also, We did the floor set worked all night until 5 am and on the left side there is a door to the parking lot. The hallway is long I used to hear some noises but figured it was the pipes..... idk maybe it was something .....
