This circa 1939 lodge is rumoured to be haunted by spirits dating back to its glory days. The most common reported apparition is a male former owner, who is thought to have stayed on in the after life to ensure that the hotel and its operations continue to run smoothly. Another apparition is that of a young boy who drowned in a disused swimming pool. Staff claim to have heard childish ghostly laughter coming from the basement, but upon investigation have found nothing. The most haunted rooms in the establishment include Room #018 and Room #025, where guests claim to have experienced a variety of paranormal activity, and Room #012, where the apparition of a woman in a blue dress has been known to visit guests during the night.

  2. Room 42 have no mirrors and for a reason… first night we stayed in room 42 we heard a child laughing late in the evening about past midnight..it sounded like from a 9 year old or maybe 11 year old child just have a time of his life happy and playful loud voice enough that we heard it clearly in our room. Second night around 9 pm my sister in law was getting ready to take a shower and the shampoo on the tub suddenly drop from the side of the tub with any reason. Then my sister in law called my wife and I attention asking to her help figure why the shampoo suddenly drop. so my wife was holding the shampoo that my sister in law was claiming that got drop. while my was demonstrating how i could happen holding the container other two containers of conditioner and body lotion started swaying left and right, practically dancing where it was located about few inches was from the shampoo she was holding…..super freaky!…. and later that evening my wife suddenly got a stomach problem for no reason… going to the bathroom like five minutes apart…. diarrhea or Loose bowel movement almost to early dawn. she woke me up because I was already a sleep asking for stomach medicine..
