Candy Cane Park - Hatchet Park

You are here Home  > Miscellaneous >  Candy Cane Park - Hatchet Park

As local legend has it, this festively named park is haunted by the ghost of a woman who was killed in the park several years ago. Reports say she used to haunt a merry-go-round situated in the park, pushing folks off and causing it to spin out of control. Since then, the merry-go-round has been removed, but the ghost is still said to haunt the park benches.

  1. Me and my friend were walking across the park at 2am and we were being followed by someone hiding behind a tree. We felt this insane cold rush down our bodies and when we were walking across the grass we couldnt get closer to any sides almost like being stuck in the middle of the park.

  2. My friend and i had made contact with a spirit of a little girl named Isabel, two other little girls, and her dead son Liam, and we have had her confirmation that a demonic spirit has corrupted a sweet old lady’s down the street of west ridder road.

  3. I vividly remember the night Dana DuMars was brutally murdered in 1983. Such a heinous crime and the responsible basically walked free after a couple years, literally.
