The Brook Lodge was originally the summer residence of the Upjohn Family (of Upjohn Pharmaceauticals). Dr. Upjohn himself, who died in the Doctor’s Cottage, is said to haunt the place. Guests have heard footsteps and strange noises here, and experienced feelings of uneasiness. Reports say that guests who are assigned to that cottage sometimes request another room because of the strange occurrences. Staff members also have heard the piano playing in the night when no one was inside.
The lodge closed in 2009, and reports are uncertain as to what now occupies this space.

What a bunch of bunk. I worked there for years along with many other employees and I worked many times over in the Drs. cottage late at night and I never heard a thing other than the ancient furnace.
