Around 20 years ago. Before the college campus took over, after the brewery closed. There used to be a movie theater there. We used to go see movies and when waiting in the lobby you would hear and see things. Down the hallway on the other side of a locked gated area you would hear footsteps and people talking. One of the times I heard what seemed to be a ball bouncing. I seen shadows as well. A couple of people I was with said the same thing. That place was creepy then.

I had a friend who went upstairs to find a place to study (about 6 years ago) and she went through one of the doors and it closed behind her. She claimed to have heard a young girl and a ball. She called me to come find her and open the door.
