The Schumacher Building

Peter Schumacher was one of the main pioneers to the city of Fullerton; he was a real estate genius as well as having made a fortune in citrus and nuts. However, at the end of his life, he was gravely and decided to hang himself at the age of 90. People say his ghost is still in the area.
