The Palms Mansion

You are here Home  > Historical Buildings >  The Palms Mansion

This Queen Anne style mansion was built in 1876 for a wealthy citrus grower, and is best known for its owner William Pendleton, the president of an arts college. Due to ailing health, he moved to the house in 1886, but died several years later prior to the turn of the century. It is believed that his ghost haunts the house, as owners thereafter claim to have seen the apparition of a distinguished gentleman roaming the hallways of the rambling building.

      • Hello Wayne,

I know this is a rather far stretch and hope you receive this message soon. I’m interested in getting in discussing with you the chance to prove or disprove the paranormal activity in your home. I am a part of a team of experienced paranormal investigators with a combined 50+ years of experience between us. We operate as a 501c3 (meaning we are a non profit and we do not charge for our services).

Your home has been the question of a lot of paranormal stories and I’d love the opportunity to have our psychic medium and our team either prove or disprove the paranormal happenings at your home. This would be at the availability of your own personal schedule and time, and we always urge to homeowner(s) to come attend the investigation (at your own will).

If this interests you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me personally at rossgbarnett@gmail.com. Either way, you own a fabulous home, and I had to tell you that myself. Thank you so much for your consideration. Hopefully hear from you soon.

        – Ross
