Saybrook Point Inn and Spa is also used as a special events venue, and it is during weddings that the ghost is said to appear. A phantom bride has been known to appear in photos taken at weddings held here. Her identity is unknown.

I have been a fitness member for a while. Yes what has been described is exactly what I seen near the docs a lady in white with a wedding gown totally see through.. I would love to see her in photo too.. She is a lady I have been told that was buried alive. Her grave has had a gate put around it to keep her from roaming so much. I have talked to people who live around there and they seen her too and told me why she appears and where she is buried.
Just stayed last night and felt there was a female ghost in the room. I felt the bed sink next to me then a shove on my back! I jumped up and put the light on but no one was there and my two Shepherds didn’t move. I checked tonight to see if there were other occurences and saw that there have been. Been on my mind all day. Just thought I would mention… otherwise, LOVED THIS PLACE!
