Rocky Top Village Inn A multiple murder that occurred a couple decades ago is the source for this building's haunting, locals say. So the harrowing story goes, the back office was the site where two workers were brutally killed for a reason still unknown. Witnesses have heard the screams of the victims and seen apparitions in the back parking lot near the fountain. It is said that the killer was caught and sentenced to death by lethal injection.

    This hotel is now demolished....however we went on a haunted ghost tour of gatlinburg and after the tour me and my wife were walking back to our hotel and i decided to grab my phone and snap some pictures of site and caught a picture of the desk clerk that was murdered.....really creepy

    Tattoo Eddie was killed in prison yesterday.

    Eddis Harris along wurh another female and a female impersonater "Ashley Silvers" (Rufus Dolby) were sentenced for these murders in 1986. Silvers recieved 25 yrs while the female recieved 2 life sentences an Harris recieved the death penalty. It was overturned after his IQ was found to be 70 which is the point where they can not give lethal injection.However he was killed last year ,,2015,when his aorta was slashed in a prison fight.Silvers should have been released now.
