Jazz Man - Second Creek Bridge

You are here Home  > Bridges >  Jazz Man - Second Creek Bridge

Urban legend tells of a man who was hit by a car and killed while walking across this bridge. His spirit has been seen wearing a white zoot suit, and he may try to catch a ride with you to Florence. If you agree to give him a ride, witnesses say he mumbles something about his trumpet and then disappears.

  1. I’ve seen something on this bridge coming back from Huntsville toward Florence. Bridge had a weird fog on it and it looked like a guy standing in the middle of the slow lane, made from the fog. Could see his hat, face, and suit, but the closer to the ground he got the more it turned into just vague fog. Would have hit whatever it was if I had been in the other lane. Passenger saw it too.
