I stayed there a few years ago and the batgroom lights went on by them selves as well as the sheets I felt them being slid off me! Ofcourse the person I Ws with didn't feel it but she did recall the lights coming on. This place is now closed and across the street is a huge gas store this was a very old picture .

The Irwin Street Inn is in fact open for business and extremely haunted!!! I'm the current manager and the staff and I have had more than our share of personal experiences. We like to encouraged all of our guests to report any paranormal activity so we can document which rooms have more activity for those seeking their own experiences.

If you are open for business, do you have a restaurant? Do you have tours and what would the charge for that?
Thanks, hope to visit soon.

Yes we do have a restaurant with an amazing well respected chef in the main house of the compound. The restaurant is closed on Mondays so if you call ahead I can personally give you a tour of the grounds free of charge. Just be sure to call ahead. Also if you plan on staying with us ask to be put up in one of the rooms rumored to be haunted to see if you have your own experience. :)

I was there for a halloween party about four years ago and I felt a "presence" in front of the fireplace in the dining area. I looked closer and realized there was an elderly lady sitting in the chair near the fireplace. She then disappeared from view, but the feeling that "something" was there remained. I asked staff if the inn was haunted, and without knowing what I had just seen, the staff confirmed that there had been sightings of an old lady in the particular location.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and within about 15 minutes of being in our room the doors on an old wardrobe flew open on their own no one was standing around it so I could not be explained away...I also woke up a few times at night to a feeling of being watched and the last time was around 5am and that time I also heard knocking but there was no one in the rooms next to us I was to scared to get up and try and see where it was coming from

Hi, i’m a local witch and was lucky enough to have their awesome manager walk my friend and i through each room. i walked in skeptical, but as soon as we entered the main doors i felt such a sorrowful heaviness in the room. while we walked through the main grounds i saw a flash image of a noose* (*if you know anything about that hmu). after, i chose the room with the darkest presence to perform a tarot reading in. the answers i got were VERY negative, i can post the q/a if anyone here ever cares. my friend felt something looming in another rooms bathroom.
