Fifth Ave and West McKinley

You are here Home  > Miscellaneous >  Fifth Ave and West McKinley

I love ghost stories that attempt to convince you with their specificity. For example if you look up this haunting on other ghost sites, you’ll find this: ” A nine year-old girl was killed tragically on August 6,1995, by a hit and run driver. ” That’s pretty specific in regards to the girl’s age and the exact date, so you’d think that they’d go one further and give you her name. Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be anywhere to be found. So far we have not found a single incident of a young girl being killed by a hit-and-run driver in the given time frame in the state of Arizona. However, the facts should not get in the way of a good ghost story!

So as the legend goes, this unidentified girl was killed at this intersection, but apparently she is prone to wandering after death. People have reported sightings of her at numerous different locations, at numerous different intersections. Perhaps she’s confused as to which intersection she actually died in?
