Cuzzy's Bar and Grill

You are here Home  > Restaurants and Bars >  Cuzzy's Bar and Grill

In 1890, this building was a brothel where a young girl named Betsy worked as an entertainer, with her true love being a soldier at war. He promised to take her away, but she was murdered before this happened. Today, it is a bar in the Minneapolis warehouse district, minus the second story where Betsy was killed. The bar owner reports mysterious occurrences such as glasses tipping over.

  1. I recently went with my wife and another couple after a running invite. I knew about the history after reading the back paper of the menu. Everything was normal until about 30 minutes into the meal when a waitress went down the stairs for a few minutes but left the door open. Our table was right next to the down stairs door when I witnessed a shadow coming of the wall. No bigger, never thought to much about it. A few minutes later out of no where, I said to my self, she’s up here. I never told my wife until I got home and much later in the night. Why would that thought just come out of no where. Nothing out of the ordinary occured up in the restaurant but I just find it very odd.
