Find the grave of Jonathon Buck, and you’ll see it has a footprint stained into the tombstone. Legends told by the locals say the tombstone has been replaced several times, but the foot always reappears. As the legend says, Jonathon Buck ordered his mistress executed, saying that she was a witch. Before she died, she vowed to return and dance on his grave. Folks say it is her foot on the tombstone.

    1. I grew up in Buscksport. The video above does not show the marked grave stone of Jhonathan Buck. Buck is a very common name in that area and that could be any cemetery. The cemetery where Johnathan Buck is buried is right in town and is completely fenced in. It’s actually located across the street from a large grocery store. The marking is also not in the shape of a footprint but is more like a lower leg and foot. There is also a similar mark on the upper portion if the stone shaped like a heart lying on its side. I don’t find the place spooky, it’s just a cemetery like any other.

I’ve heard because the bus monitor I know went in that cemetery once and didn’t see the foot on the tombstone but later when she went she saw the foot on the tombstone

very creepy that’s what I think because I’ve also heard people have died by touching her tombstone but you can touch it now without dying because they wrapped but still I won’t even touch the tombstone
