    1. Far from the only haunted location in Concordia, KS. I Live here and know of several. I am surprised that this is the only one that people want to talk about. Nothing about the Curse on the Town or all the deaths of the young people. At least people under 25 and the way they all passed over, along with some of the other more interesting things that have gone on around here, they don’t call it the “Unsolved Murder Capital of the World” for nothing! The town and its officials are all run by a small group of redneck, bigots, from the 1940’s still trying to keep the town white, and everyone in it poor as dirt. At least no one richer then them can have any real power make any real decisions, it can get really nasty around here at night when no one thinks anyone else is watching what is really going on. Blacks, Latins, Asians, Others, were not welcome here until the late 1970’s, and anyone not bore, raised, or that has spent their entire lives in the area is viewed as an outsider and it does not matter if you have lived here 50 plus years. Your still an outsider and an interloper trying to butt in to things you should keep out of. Now do you see why the town is slowly dying rotting from within and everyone is moving away when all they want to pay is 1950’s wages $1.24 per hours and want you to work 60 hours a week without overtime or benefits? Last one out or to die turn off the lights and water so everyone else knows its game over the town finally got what it deserved like everywhere else in Kansas.
