This 113-year-old home was listed for sale in January 2014 with the description: “slightly haunted.” The owners say they experienced banging doors, strange noises from the basement, footsteps, knocks, screams in the night, a ghostly face that appears in the mirror in the second-floor bathroom, and a constant eerie feeling of someone standing behind them.

I was wondering if anybody live at residence in Scranton very interested to do a documentary please write back

  2. John, you’re talking about the Jones family that owned the place throughout the 30’s and 40’s. It was Edgar Jones that ‘found’ all the human remains, they’re supposedly from the teenagers that went missing a few years before. I looked through the papers at the library, but couldn’t find anything else about it. No word if anyone ever got charged with anything.
