  1. I used to come into work here at 4 am to make pastries for the day and even though I was the only person there for hours, it always felt as though someone was in the building with me. It was a little creepy at times. Often the proofing racks would just roll on their own as if they were in someone’s way. I never saw any apparitions, but they were definitely felt.
