Miss Gail's Inn

You are here Home  > Miscellaneous >  Miss Gail's Inn

This inn is reportedly haunted by numerous spirits, including a cranky male ghost who prefers room 7. Legend also has it that a man was hanged from the tree out back. If he’s the ghost in room 7 that might explain why he’s cranky.

  1. I am new to the area, but my wife and I have been interested in investigating the paranormal for years. We were told by a few people about your haunted hotel , and would love to come and do an investigation. I apologize if our emailing you has been an inconvienance , as we are both excited to get more information on your inn . Please let me know if this would be something that you would concider.

  2. My mother and aunt and I went in to see how this place was… as soon as we walked in there was a really cold chill that went through my body as that happened my hair on my arms stood up.

  3. During the mid 70s I was a police officer for the city of Aztec. I and a partner handled a disturbance there on the upper floor. There is a large stairway to these rooms located there. As we were leaving my partner was ahead of me by 3 steps on the stairs, a strong male voice said very clearly, “get out” this voice was between my partner and i, my partner was given a shove on his lower back. It wasn’t strong enough to cause him to stumble but I could see him recover his balance. We weren’t afraid of this spirit, but it sounded like a man of older age or a heavy smoker as the voice was raspy. My son in law had friends there and has mentioned a ghostly presence when he was visiting years ago.

  4. They said there is 3 main spirits a girl and two men my aunt was in there once and a cup kept moving and she heard foot steps and seen shadows

  5. I lived there for three months so the place didn’t seem haunted to me it was kind of a spooky place in the neighbor that live next to me was definitely a witch but I never saw any Ghost Encounters whatsoever
