  1. I just moved in was in lower apartment for 2 months now upstairs. Apartment efficiency smelled like rotten eggs water was only off for cpl months smell ligered even after smell from water was gone. I now live upstairs now 2 months last night about 12pm heard water running in kitchen and footsteps. I was in bed and just tried ignoring it.

    • would like to know who the owners are. We are Crossroad Ghost of Jamestown NY and would to do a paranormal investigation there if possible. Please forward info to crossroad ghost fb page and leave message.

  2. Christina was not a daughter of a previous owner, she was an owner. She and her husband ran the place since the late 1880s, he (Joe Seider) died in 1910, and Christina continued to run the place until her death (in the second floor front right room) in 1939. I owner this place for 10 years and had many strange experiences during that time. Any questions, send an email.
