Is there anymore stories on this haunting or the history of the building itself?

Built in 1906 and remodeled in 1945, it was originally Ennors Bakery Ice Cream and Candy store, where candy was made fresh daily. Now it is Waterfront Comics.

The story about "Robert" gets more wild the more I hear it. Some versions he's depicted as a shambling, rotting corpse ghost. Others have him showing visitors his murder after stumbling on some sort of mafia (seriously? in rural NorCal?) activity. Still other versions, the store is haunted by a little girl. I think it's just a few locals starting a rumor and people running with it.

I was born and raised in Old Suisun and lived there for 12 years as a kid. The whole town is haunted. I lived on Main street and that house was terrible. You would smell something that smelled like a rotting corpse at night, my dog was terrified to be alone at night and would sleep with me. My closet would always be open in the morning. There were stories that a woman in blue would roam Old Suisun. Never heard that story about Waterfront comics though. Never heard of any teenager getting strangled. But that building is probably haunted by somebody or something. Old Suisun was pretty rough in the 1800’s and early 1900’s from what I’ve heard.
