Reports tell of a spooky tunnel that runs under this entire campus once used during the Civil War, now used as a steam chassis. The Reynolds theater department was said to be used as a Civil War hospital, and rumor has it that one of the rooms was stacked with bodies of those who could not be saved. Other reports tell of a student who burned to death while trying to cook fudge over a Bunsen burner. Her image is said to be mysteriously burned into her door no matter how many times they replace it. It is also said she can be seen in the halls wearing a burning nightgown. At King House (in photo), it is reported that ghosts abound. Some say they feel unexplained chills and have seen a book drop to the floor opened to a page detailing the haunting of the school.

I am currently a student at the University and I have had many instances of hauntings.One that stands out to me is the Davis Music Building located on the edge of campus across the street from Reynolds.I and my partner were walking in the practice rooms he and I both heard piano music playing softly. We searched all the practice rooms and even checked the Recital Hall and found no one in any of these rooms.Strange but when you live on a haunted campus you were fear int the spirits its the cafeteria food
