    After living there for two years the scariest thing about Timberchase is the property manager, Mindy.

    I lived there for 3 years with my daughter. I was asleep and dreaming that a young lady was coming into my room and for some reason the thought terrified me. I woke up when my daughter started screaming and ran into my room. She said the girl was trying to get her. She described her to me and it exactly matched the girl I was dreaming about. Also, I agree with Michael that Mindy is very scary.

      What apt #? Was it the front apt? I was in 515 I always felt something walking across my bed like a little animal but nothing there. & I saw a shadow person in the parking lot.

        It was the apt in the front you could see from Briggs. You could see all of the black finger print detection power on second floor outside wood work..My daughters babysitter lived there when it occurred in 1992. I knew there was paranormal activity!! I am not surprised it is listed on this site.
