    1. I saw a little girl in a white dress
Hopping from rock to rock and singing or humming in the winter of 1997. No parents around in a dangerous place? I always wondered

      • I saw a little girl in a white dress playing under table rock…I was taking pictures.it was a brite sunny afternoon.very few people around.since there wasn’t any place to shop my wife had lost interest and went to the car.So I knew my time was short.I kept waiting waiting and looking for her parents.Hopeing they yell for her. Then I thought, you idiot this is perfect, she will give scale to the pictures.I snapped a few and hurried too the car.35 mm so I had wait for a couple weeks to get them back. She wasn’t in them. It’s probably been 25 years ago.IT still bothers me

    2. since there were no civilians killed on this part of the battle field, she can’t be linked to the battle, BUT this is near the devil’s den which had an evil reputation long before 1863. The region was settled by the white man more than a century before the civil war and before them the local Indians avoided it.
