Pauni Apartments - Cortland, OH

These recently constructed apartments were built over the top of an ancient burial ground, and residents have reported paranormal occurrences in the building ever since. Doors open and close by themselves, objects move around by themselves and the apparition of a man in a sombrero has been seen in the apartment complex. An evil presence is felt in the buildings, accompanied by cold spots. (Submitted by Callum Swift)

...I LIVED AT PAUNI APARTMENTS FROM AUGUST 1995 TO NOVEMBER 1999...NEVER HEARD ANYTHING...BUT, I DID SEE A MAN WEARING A TRENCH TYPE COAT WITH A HAT...AT THE FOOT OF MY BED IN MY BEDROOM...ALSO...I FELT AN ICE-COLD HAND ON MY UPPER LEG ANOTHER TIME...

  I lived at Pauni apartments years ago and this place is most definitely haunted and definitely evil presence is there. I eventually moved out due to haunted activity

i lived there for years and experienced knocks on my door and didn't see anyone around several times. i did hear stories when i lived there about someone roaming the halls with a hat. i never seen it personally. i did feel a ghost presence several times. but never did see one.

I lived there in the late 80's. Never saw anything paranormal. Just a bunch of drug addicts and drunks.
