Many moons ago around 1980 just prior to going off to uni I worked at the Palace Theatre as an assistant to the stage manager and lighting director for the summer. Amazing experience for a young person. Anyway after the shows we would go to the 'green room' on occasion for a party. The theatre was locked , it was night. The director and I decided to go into the auditorium . We sat and chatted and suddenly there was a huge bang on the stage. The curtain was down. There was also someone in the auditorium apart from us so to speak. The place made me feel queasy at night . I have been told I am pretty psychic and I could not be in this place alone. It is definitely haunted by an old actor they say.
