O'Kane Building

You are here Home  > Restaurants and Bars >  O'Kane Building

On the top floor of the O’Kane Building, people have reported seeing weird lights from outside the building, hearing voices and seeing smoke when there is no one around. In the restaurant, the ghost of a waitress can be heard shouting orders, while the apparition of an old man haunts the basement.

  1. I use to work some graveyard shifts upstairs in the O’Kane building in the room that was once the O’Kane’s personal apartment. Several of us employees have heard foot steps in the hall that walked up to the glass front door and no one was there. We also heard foot steps coming up the stairs, but the stairs are to far away to hear with a real person is walking up them. Once I swear I saw a black cat walking across the floor out of the corner of my eye, when I turned to look the cat was like dark smoke and he stopped looked and me and walked away while vanishing. Another employee also saw the black cat on a different night.

      • Hello Rick,

I know it has been a year since you commented here, but are you still with the Central Oregon Paranormal Explorer Society? Or doing research of your own with another group? I tried finding more information about the Central Oregon Paranormal Explorer Society and found a post saying that you were looking for more investigators to join you upon your mission. If you still happen to be up to that, I’d love to get in contact with you.

        Thank you for your time!
        -Tyne
